Terms of Use / Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) by KriKos Vision, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to conclude an agreement for the provision of educational services with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") under the terms set forth below.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the full and unconditional payment by the Client for the service provided by the Contractor. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance.

2. Description of Services
2.1. The Contractor provides access to the Contractor's online product.

2.2. The service includes: access to educational materials, a system of daily checklists, participation in mini-groups, and any other special forms of organization and delivery of online services.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All materials of all Contractor's products (texts, videos, graphics, methodologies) are objects of the Contractor's intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.

3.2. The Client is granted a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of any of the Contractor's products.

3.3. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on the materials of any of the Contractor's products without the Contractor's written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1. Services are provided "as is". The Contractor makes no warranties that the results described on the website will be achieved by the Client. All success stories and reviews are individual examples and do not guarantee the same result.

4.2. The final result depends on many factors, including the Client's level of engagement, diligent completion of exercises, attendance of sessions, and their individual psycho-physiological characteristics.

4.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
  • The Client's failure to achieve any results.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages incurred by the Client.
  • Temporary unavailability of the website or personal account caused by technical issues on the Client's side or with third-party providers (hosting, internet channels).

5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are processed as follows:
  • 95% Refund — for requests submitted in writing BEFORE the official start date of the Intensive. A 5% fee is retained to cover operational costs upon a Client-initiated refund.
  • 70% refund — within the first 14 (fourteen) days from the start of any of the Contractor's products, which client purchased.
  • After the 14th day from the start of any of the Contractor's products, no refunds are issued.

5.2. To request a refund, the Client must send an application stating the reason to the email address: [email protected].

6. Miscellaneous
6.1. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this offer by publishing the changes on the website.

6.2. The Client agrees that their reviews and messages written while using any of the Contractor's products may be used as promotional case studies and as evidence of the effectiveness of the Contractor's products.

6.3. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
